What if I don't want to trek?

Is there anything to do in Nepal besides trekking?

The answer is definitely YES!! There is something that everyone will enjoy in Nepal.

In the Kathmandu valley you can easily get around by car, bus, cycle or on foot. Deepak can arrange any mode of transport you choose, to take you to the many interesting sites around Kathmandu. As well as the commonly visited places of interest, Deepak can also take you to visit sites that are extremely fascinating, but not frequented by foreigners, such as the Temple of Changu Narayan, or Daksinkali.

A short car or bus trip to the rim of the valley will take you to a village called Nagarkot. Awake in morning to a glorious vista as the Himalayas stretch out before you, burning orange under the rising sun. You can either return to Kathmandu by car, bus or by foot on a gentle path that meanders through terraced fields and small villages as it descends toward the ancient city of Bhaktapur. Stop for a cup of tea and a chat with the locals. This is experiencing Nepal in a way that is impossible for the independent traveller.

Other things you can do in Nepal without trekking include visiting the Chitwan National Park, relax by the shores of the lake in Pokhara, take a mountain flight and the list goes on.

Even if you just want a guide for one day to visit an "off the beaten track" location, contact Deepak. He will be more than happy to arrange all details of an itinerary for your trip whether it is for one day or for many.
